Katie Baker, MHA, PHR, SHRM-CP, is the Director of Human Resources at Woman’s Hospital, bringing over 25 years of progressive experience in human resources to support the hospital’s mission of providing exceptional care for women. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management and a Master's in Healthcare Administration from Western Governor’s University. Katie is also certified by the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM). 

In her role, Katie is dedicated to fostering a supportive and efficient workplace environment. She plays a crucial role in the Workplace Violence Program, where she assists employees dealing with domestic violence situations, ensuring they receive the necessary support and resources. Katie is dedicated to championing employee well-being and the hospitals core mission.
